Den Wind fand ich, wie schon die Jahre zuvor, immer extremer. Anfang Februar gab es sogar einen Tag an dem nahezu alle Bahnen in Südtirol/Trentino geschlossen waren.
Dass instgesamt die Windstärken zunehmen stimmt schon; aber es gab heuer nur 2 Tage mit flächendeckenden windbedingten Schließungen (auch nur halbtags): 4.2. und 27.3.
Das ist weniger als der Durchschnitt.

Wobei der 27.3. nicht dramatisch war, der 4.2. dagegen war echt übel und vor 14.00 ging da zumindest im Fassatal bzw. Val di Fieme nichts.

Heute DolomitiPowderDay!
Je nach Exposition 30-60cm Neuschnee. Traumhafte Bedingungen im gesamten Gebiet zwischen Lezuo und Portavescovo. Früh noch bedeckt, dann Sonne-Wolken-Wechsel.
Einziger Nachteil ist, dass wegen des sehr geringen Betriebs nur noch das Restaurant Luigi Gorza an der Portavescovo sowie die Bar Giusy am Pordoipass offen haben. Alle anderen Hütten sind zu, auch Fodom und Fredarola.

noja, am 27.3. war Campitello ganztags zu (mit Ausnahme eines sehr kurzen Versuchs am Pradel und Salei) und Belvedere bis gut über Mittag. Alba nur Minimalbetrieb und Val Giumela sowieso dicht. Da hat's im Fassatal schon ordentlich geblasen.

es ging sich doch nochmal an der Porta Vescovo eine Zugabe im Sonnenfenster am 22.4. aus. Wahrscheinlich der einzige gute Tag des verlängerten Wochenendes.
