The Jägerndorfer Company in Austria (small modelrailway importer and trader)

had developed the CWA - Omega model and produces them in China.
The clamps could not be buyed separately.

how much are they markus???can you put them up to a measuring stick for height??how does the clamping work??is there alot of clamping force on the cable so the gondola wont slip back?

The pressure amount of the clamp is high enough to provide slipping at my steel rope, you can use metal and textile ropes between 2 and 3 mm diameter.

At my lifts they are a bit to small too but i used a bit large scale to fit both garden railway scales (LGB and Aristo / USA -Trains)

Eine Überlegung für eine kuppelbare Bahn wäre keinesfalls auszuschließen.

Seit dieser Woche gibt es in Ischgl Modelle der Fimbabahn Gondeln zu kaufen.
Ein Gondel kostet € 19,90 (Intersport Mathoy).
Die Gondeln sind ca. 12 cm hoch.

Oha, da hält sich entweder einer nicht an die Preisvorgabe von 24,90 für die beschrifteten Varianten oder eher war der so dämlich diese zu verwechseln da 19,90 der Richtpreis für die unbeschrifteten Omegas ist...

Allein das echte Design der "Realen" Bahn gefällt mir schon so gut.
Dann wird es dies sicher auch bei der neuen 8MGD Wiesenalmbahn im Zillertal geben.

just got the jagendorfer cwa gondola today..very cool!thank you markus! i tried it on my model and it is way out of scale..it wont go around my boll wheels and triggers limit switches in tension as for height on the grip...very cool ...thanks again...robert san diego

Pleased to help...
The Omega could not fit our larger scale cause it is strictly built in 1 : 32, nevertheless it looks good at the lifts.
Similar "problems" i have on the Carlevaro´s lower station cause i had mounted a transformator scarcely upside the rope which exactly fits the coupling lever of the clamp; the Omega reliably detaches in that position and the following basket shoves it out of the station for parking...

@Ludo, normalerweise solltet Ihr die Omegas von grootspoor ebenfalls zu dem von Jägerndorfer empfohlenen Verkaufspreis pro Kabine (19,90 lackiert, 24,90 beschriftet) erhalten denn bei den Pendelbahnangeboten auf der Homepage richtet sich grootspoor auch nach diesen.
